EIGHTY-EIGHT YEARS OF ROTARY

The Andalusia Rotary Club was organized on December 1, 1920, under Charter #4063.

Rotary has encouraged its members to get involved in community activities throughout the year. They have led the way by organizing a Chamber of Commerce, the United Fund, the J. G. Scherf Memorial Foundation, the Andalusia Hospital, and Andalusia Health Services, Inc.

Rotarian's leadership and interest can be seen in:

• Boy Scout Troop #45
• Covington County's Junior Miss
• International Arion Award to outstanding Students in band and choral groups
• Scholarships to LBW College and Troy University
• Camp ASCCA (Alabama's Special Camp for Children and Adults)

In 1976, the Rotary Club began sponsoring the World Champion Domino Tournament^®, giving the membership an opportunity to serve, and the Club an opportunity to contribute to several worthy causes.
